Return Process

  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were included in the initial shipment.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; ensure you keep your tracking receipt for verification.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement unit within 3 to 5 business days.
